TRANSFORMATION OF BLOGS AS A GENRE IN INSTANT MESSAGING APPLICATIONS

The article discusses the product of the blog hypergenre’s transformation in modern instant messaging applications as a further development of blogosphere discourse genres using the example of Telegram service. The novelty of blog channels in Russian and international Internet space and their growing popularity determine the relevance of the research.

THE FUNCTIONS OF CONVERSATIONAL PARTICLES IN DIFFERENT SPEECH GENRES IN THE POETRY OF A. T. TVARDOVSKY

The study is devoted to revealing of features conversational particle in some speech genres, which the reflected A. T. Tvardovsky in the poetic text space. Simple modal particles “yourself”, “you” are similar to identical in form with pronouns, their part-of-speech identity is determined by context. Contextual classified as particle-pronoun “me,” they are conversational. Identified functions that are implemented conversational particles and particle-pronoun in the monologue and dialogue of the characters, as well as in the speech of the author.

DIALOGUE AS THE MOST IMPORTANT SPEECH GENRE FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS

The article is devoted to professionally oriented teaching of the Russian language. Particular attention is given to dialogue as the main speech genre for students of a medical universities. The dialogue helps the doctor conducts an anamnesis, or a patient interview for the diagnosis. Anamnesis collection is a professional dialogue-inquiry. There are three styles of speech: oral colloquial speech, oral business and oral scientific speech. This is specificity and complexity during the study.

ON DIGLOSSIA OF GENRES IN CHURCH AND RELIGIOUS STYLE OF RUSSIAN LANGUAGE

The article examines the language situation in modern church and religious discourse and the specifics of religious style genres in contemporary Russian language. It also raises some of the key problems of Russian philology on the nature of diglossia, its origins, as well as specifics of Slavic and Russian diglossia in the Russian linguistic culture during its various historic periods, and place and role of Church Slavonic throughout the history of Russian language.

ON A SPEECH GENRE IDENTITY

The article is focused on the illocutive function of speech utterance as its genre identification criterion. Various approaches to the problem of genre identity are characterized briefly. The emphasis is put on polyintentionality of the communication unit, complexity and multidimensionality of its genre form. Considering M. M. The article devote systematization of representations of the relationship between speech genre and text modality. The article is topical. There is the fragmentation of the study of means and methods of explicating the modality of the official text in the recantive aspect and applied research. The presupposition for the study was the idea that the subject of documentary speech can “discover” itself directly at the level of vocabulary and indirectly through the choice of forms of grammatical categories, namely through means of expressing the text modality.

BLACKMAIL: SPEECH ACT VS SPEECH GENRE

This article is devoted to the analysis of the speech genre of «blackmail» in the interpersonal everyday communication. We specify the concept of «blackmail» in relation to the everyday communication in comparison with the related concept used in the legal discourse. The paper defines blackmail as a kind of manipulative psycho-emotional impact intended to obtain the benefits by means of threatening to harm the recipient.

The article considers the genre aspects of entering into the culture. In the description model, genres are high-lighted marked on the status of speaking and from the point of view of broadcast values, phatic and learned genres, the genres of new media formats. The study is conducted on communications with the participation of a particular primary school child. For example, it shows the genres of family communication which display one of options the social norms as a whole.

NEW LIFE OF THE OLD GENRE: TO THE PROBLEM OF VARIABILITY IN THE GENRE

The article deals with the controversial problem of  variability in the speech genre. Briefly, different approaches to understanding the variant in linguistic literature are highlighted. On the example of comparison of well-studied appeal genres in political discourse and slogan in the advertising discourse, they are offered an understanding of them as variants of one genre. The authors’ point of view is justified by the coincidence of the communicative goal (illocutionary function) and a minor modification of other genre-forming features.
