From classics to modernism: The genre of parallel in feuilleton criticism

The article deals with the genre and technique of parallel in feuilleton criticism of the early 20th century. The introduction examines theoretical works on various aspects of the analyzed phenomenon and formulates the task of the research – to expand theoretical ideas about the parallel genre, as well as to identify its additional characteristics and features.

Социально-политическая сатира Абдуррахмана Кадризаде: язык, стиль и проблематика

Работа посвящена исследованию литературно-художественного своеобразия и социальной значимости сатиры А. Кадризаде, видного крымскотатарского писателя начала XX века. Актуальность исследования обусловлена недостаточной изученностью его сатирического наследия. В существующих работах анализу произведений поэта-сатирика уделено недостаточно внимания. Комплексный анализ творчества Кадризаде, основанный на малоизученных источниках, позволяет воссоздать более полную картину его творческого пути и вклада в развитие крымскотатарской литературы.

Genre System of Russian XVIII Century Satirical Magazines

Satirical magazines are a unique form of the XVIII century literature. Standing outside the dominant in the XVIII century normative poetics, they share its didactic intent. They develop a specific genre system consisting of short literary forms. The research aims to create a structural model of this system. It involves multiple factors: the literary forms it includes are defined on several irredundant criteria. Its main genres are the editor’s essay, the reader’s letter, and parodies. The editor as the subject of an essay is a fictional character.
