CASE (GENRE, CONCEPT, WORD) IN LEGAL SPHERE’S ANTHROPOLOGY

Abstract: 

The article is dedicated to cognitive representation of discourse and genre interrelation of two phenomenon of legal and business discourses: the document with the title "Case" and the very nomination – the word and the concept "business". The author shows that conceptual foundation of these phenomena is two mental categories which are closely-related in conceptualization of social existence: these are actional nature of social relations (business, affairs) and social conception of an individual (person, personality). The genre specifics of Cases belonging to legal sphere can be seen in the process of secondary conceptualization of these documents' representation in cultural and artistic reflection.
